We feel it necessary to bring to your attention certain developments that will likely impact the hotel in the near future.
The owning company of the vacant land adjacent to the hotel has advised their intent to immediately commence construction of a highrise building.

Starting with light piling works in January, their timeline indicates the building will be completed within next 3 years by September 2027. As this building work is on the beach road land nearby our hotel, we will closely monitor the initial works and take further action and update notices if required. We are also in discussions with the construction company and have their support to work with us on a daily basis to work around higher occupancy or inhouse guest schedules as much as possible. However it is inevitable that there will be some level of impact at times.

I would highlight that during 2024-2027 we endured construction of the Aquatique District Pattaya nearby the hotel with a year of heavy piling and basement level excavation works with limited impact on guests and indeed hotel operations. In comparison, we do not anticipate any significant impact on our guest experience overall.
